Who We Are

Vicki Badham set up Nimmer Partners in 2017 after over 18 years of consulting experience, most recently as Head of the Reward Practice at QCG, and prior to then as a Senior Consultant for Sibson Consulting, as well as work as a freelance consultant.

Vicki has worked with a wide range of clients over various different sectors and the common thread through all of her work has been to support organisations to attract, retain and motivate their employees by reviewing, designing and implementing reward structures, incentive schemes and performance management systems. 

Vicki has presented at a number of e-reward conferences, most recently on the role of behavioural science in reward and previously on well-being, job evaluation and base pay structures. She has also published a number of articles in the BACP Workplace Journal. 

Vicki holds a BA (Hons) Degree in History and German from Bristol University and is also a Senior Accredited Therapst.
